OUTtv Launches on The Roku Channel

First LGBTQ+ service available on The Roku Channel

Vancouver, BC – June 8, 2022 – OUTtv, the world’s first premium LGBTQ+ television network and streaming service announced today that OUTtv has launched as a Premium Subscription on The Roku Channel in the United States.  Viewers can subscribe directly to OUTtv through The Roku Channel for $3.99 a month, with a free 7-day trial.

Users of The Roku Channel can now access more than 1,000 hours of LGBTQ+ series, movies and documentaries, including OUTtv Original series’ Call Me Mother, Hot Haus, Metro Sexual and Gogo For The Gold as well as the documentary strand OutSpoken and comedy specials from Trixie Mattel, Bob The Drag Queen, Katya Zamolodchikova and Alaska.

The Roku Channel offers Premium Subscriptions from over 50 services. It allows users to enjoy a unified browse and sign-up experience and enables simple subscription management with a single monthly bill. Users of The Roku Channel can now easily browse OUTtv content before signing up, and then enjoy a free seven-day trial with one click, no extra apps or other fees required.
