A documentary about the brave group of female LGBT advocates that were known as “Les Gazolines”
Les Gazolines is a documentary on the informal movement, which evolved on the sidelines of FHAR (Homosexual Revolutionary Action Front) between 1972 and 1974. The movement included Marie France, Helen Maud and Jenny Bel’Air. This charming documentary adds a touch of glamor and fantasy to the gloomy leftist movements historically resigned to the province of serious academia and feminist rhetoric.
The name of the group came from the song Gasoline Alley by Rod Stewart.
The first gay pride of France.
